Ingredients
- 800g chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tb light soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 2 tablespoons finely diced ginger
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 teaspoons dark soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons five spice powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 500g of chopped mix vegetables
Method
- Combine chicken with marinade ingredients in a large bowl
- Heat oil in hot wok and add chicken and marinade cook for five minutes
- Add chopped vegetables and cook further. Serve with rice!
