Ingredients
- 4 Loin Pork Chops
- 1 Tablespoon Chinese Five Spice
- 1 Tablespoon Peanut oil
- 1/2 Wombok
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 cup toasted pine nuts
- Castor sugar
- White Vinegar
- Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil
- ABC Kecap Manis
- Changes Fried Noodles
- Helen’s homemade spicy plum sauce. Includes Changs Soy Sauce
Method
- Mix Chinese 5 Spice and peanut oil. Lay pork chops on a flat tray and baste with this marinade.
- Make Changs noodle salad as per recipe on the back of the packet. Add a grated carrot and replace soy sauce with Kecap Manis
- Preheat grill. Grill pork chops 5 minutes per side. Rest for 5 minutes.
- Warm Plum sauce in the microwave.
- Serve noodle salad with pork chop on the side and plum sauce drizzled on each chop. Garnish with coriander
