Ingredients
- Mahi Mahi Fish freshly speared 200g small bite size pieces
- Kewpie Wasabi Mayonnaise squirt to your taste
- 2x just ripe Mangos
- Pickled Ginger
- Salad Mix couple handfulls each bowl
Method
- Cut up fish into bite size pieces , dip in two beaten eggs and then rolled in Panko Breadcrumbs , cook in rice bran oil till golden
- Cut up mango place on top salad mix add pickled ginger
- Squirt Kewpie Mayo Wasabi over salad mango bowl top with cooked fish, squeeze lime and salt on fish to taste
