Ingredients
- Half of a wombok
- 1/4 cup rock salt
- 7 tsp red pepper flakes (gochugaru)
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp white sugar
- 4 tsp Squid brand fish sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Method
- Cut half of a wombok into bite-sized pieces and then rinse it with water
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup of rock salt and gently mix it.
- Wait for 30 minutes, then rinse and drain the water
- Mix with 7 tsp gochugaru, 2 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp white sugar, 4 tsp Squid brand fish sauce.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Enjoy it right away or refrigerate it to have a delightful side dish later.
