- 1 cup of cooked sushi rice
- 1 tbsp sushi seasoning
- 200g sashimi grade salmon
- 200g sashimi grade tuna
- 1 tbsp smelt roe
- Bonito flakes
- Shredded nori
- A sprinkle of furikake of choice
- Pickled ginger to serve (optional)
- Combine sushi seasoning with cooked sushi rice.
- In a bowl, add rice and top with all the other ingredients.
- Enjoy with a pickled ginger and a hot cup of green tea. Aaaahhh!
