Method
- Firstly cook your rice
- To make the Sauce combine sauces and garlic
- Wash all the vegetables above , cut and display in a nice platter, slice red onion and decorate on top .
- When you are ready to eat pour sauce over salad. Eat with cooled rice for a fresh summer meal . Enjoy !
