Ingredients
- 200g Fresh Tuna Steak (cubed)
- Two handfulls rocket per bowl
- 2 Mangos diced
- 1 Avocado
- OBento Sliced Pickled Ginger 1/2 packet
- Kewpie Mayonnaise Wasabi Flavour good squirt per bowl
- OBento Pike Sauce Wasabi
- S&B wasabi
- Corn Chips
Method
- Dice into 1cm cubes fresh tuna, stir through OBento Poke Sauce add extra S&B Wasabi to taste
- Place rocket in bowl , top with diced mango and avocado
- Top pickled Ginger on top then add tuna (pre poke sauce mixed)
- Squirt kewpie mayo wasabi on top surround with corn chips
