- Chicken, minced pork, prawns, squid, crab meat, sausage, rice, glass noodle, chilli, mint, tomato, onion, fish sauce, lime juice, sugar.
- Cook sticky rice in microwave.
- Fry chopped chicken wing pieces marinated in soy and fish sauce until crispy and brown.
- Prepare larb using ground toasted sticky rice, cooked pork mince, chilli flakes, sugar, fish sauce and lime juice, sliced onion and fresh mint leaves.
- Wet glass noodle, add cooked prawns, squid, crab meat with sausage pieces, tomato, onion and chopped chilli adding fish sauce, lime juice and sugar to taste.
- Pour Mae Ploy sweet chilli sauce on chicken pieces and prawns.
