Ingredients
- 250g rice
- 1 avocado
- 1 cucumber
- Kewpie mayonnaise
- Ajishima Nori Furikake flakes
- Fried chicken or protein of choice
Method
- Heat up the protein. For me I reheated my leftover fried chicken.
- Heat up rice in the microwave. I used sunrice jasmine rice.
- Slice up the avocado and cucumber into cubes.
- Put rice, avocado and cucumber into a bowl and drizzle kewpie mayonnaise all over. Then sprinkle flakes all over.
- Plate up the protein.
- To eat, mix up all the ingredients including the protein and serve.
- Additionally, you can eat with dried flat seaweed.
