Ingredients
- 40g of red capsicum
- 1tbsp of oil
- 1 tsp of garlic
- 40g of brown onion
- 1/2 cup of white rice
- 20g of sweet soy sauce kecap manis
Method
- Pour oil into pain
- Cook onion and garlic in pan until onion is soft
- Add in capsicum and cook until soft
- In another pot, boil water and cook rice for 10 mins until soft.
- Drain rice and add to onion and capsicum frypan mix
- Add in ABC sweet soy sauce kecap manis and simmer for 2 mins! Pour in bowl and enjoy!
