- 3 cup cooked rice1 tbsp sesame oil3 minced garlic2 cups thawed frozen edamame6 ounces choy sum3 tbsp soy sauce1 egg
- Heat sesame oil in a wok. Add garlic and saute for a few mins.Add edamame, choy sum and add soy sauce.Cook for around 3 minutes or just untl choy sum is tender.Add cooked rice and mix.Cook egg with oil on a seprate pan. Serve.
