Ingredients
- 1 spring onion sliced
- 350g pork belly slices
- 1 carrot sliced thinly
- 1/2 zucchini julienned
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 4 TBSP Lee Kum Kee hoisin sauce
- 1 TSP salt
- 1 TSP pepper
Method
- Fry belly slices on medium heat in a medium saucepan till lightly brown. Add garlic, salt and pepper. Cook till fragrant.
- Add vegetables and cook through. This should take about 5 minutes.
- Add hoisin sauce and heat through. Serve and enjoy your delicious meal!
