Ingredients
- Beef stir fry strips 500gs
- Soy sauce 4tbs
- Honey 2 tbs
- Garlic, minced
- Mini tortillas, 10
- Lettuce, shredded
- Carrot, grated x 2
- Red onion, 1/2, sliced
- Vinegar white, 1/4 cup
- Sirracha kewpie mayonnaise to serve
Method
- Combine marinade ingredients, add beef strips, sit aside
- Prepare salad vegetables
- Pickle sliced red onion in 1/4 cup white vinegar, set aside
- Heat tortillas
- Cook beef strips in fry pan in batches. 2-3 minutes until cooked, sauce thickens.
- Assemble tacos with salad, beef strips, onion, and drizzle with mayo. Serve immediately.
