- Hakubaku Organic Udon
- 2 garlic cloves
- Olive oil
- Chives (as much as desired)
Method
- Cook Hakubaku Organic Udon in water.
- Stir fry the garlic in olive oil.
- Once garlic is cooked, mix with the cooked Hakubaku Organic Udon.
- Garnish with chopped chives
