Ingredients
- Ginger
- Soy Sauce
- ABC original chilli Sauce
- Rice
- Spring onion
- Sugar
- Tofu
- Stock cube
Method
- Thoroughly rinse rice and add to pot with water at 1:2 ratio. Add stock cube of your choosing. Once boiling, reduce to simmer and cover for 10 minutes. Then remove from heat.
- Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl and whisk. Chop spring onion and add to the sauce bowl and mix.
- Chop tofu into desired size and add to hot pan with sesame oil. Cook for 10 minute or until lightly crisp.
- To serve place rice on a plate, then add tofu, then sauce. Garnish with additional spring onion. Enjoy!
