Golden chicken and veg curry

Ingredients

• Chook, zucchini, carrot, onion, garlic, olive oil, potatoes
• As much as u want

Method

1. Oil garlic and onion firstPotato, carrots zucchini Chook and water (550ml)
2. Let simmer 15
3. Turn off heat and stir in curry cubes and you’re done, serve with some sticky rice
