Ingredients
- 2 packs beef sausages (16 sausages total)
 - 1 TBS olive oil
 - 1 brown onion, diced
 - 1 pack S&B Golden Curry mix
 - 375ml light evaporated milk
 - 200g mixed frozen vegetables
 
Method
- Heat the olive oil in a frypan and cook the sausages.
 - Set sausages aside and once cooled, cut into slices.
 - In the same pan, fry the onions in the remaining oil until browned.
 - Add the evaporated milk, golden curry mix and 2 cups (500ml) of water. Stir until the curry mix has been incorporated and simmer until thickened.
 - Add the sausages and frozen veggies into the sauce and simmer until the vegetables are heated through.
 - Serve with rice!
