Ingredients
- 500g Chicken breast
- 1tbsp neutral oil
- Bread crumbs
- Egg, lightly beaten
- Plain flour
- 2 carrots
- 2 small potatoes
- 1 brown onion
- 540ml water
- Golden curry Japanese curry mix packet
- Oil for shallow frying
Method
- Crumb chicken breast, coat in flour then egg then bread crumbs. Fry in shallow oil until cooked.
- Dice carrots, onions and potatoes. Fry in 1tbs oil for 5 min.
- Add water, bring to boil. Break up curry cube and simmer, continue to stir for 5 minutes. Serve with rice and sliced chicken breast.
