Ingredients
- Chicken thighs
- Oil
- Onion
- Carrots
- Potato
- Water
- Golden curry
Method
- Dice all fresh ingredients and stir fry for 5 min
- Add 540ml of water and simmer for 15 min
- Take pan off heat and add golden curry until melted
- Return to heat on low and stir continuously for 5 min
- Serve with rice
