Ingredients
- 500g Chicken
- 1 tbsp oil
- 100g carrot
- 100g onion
- 150g potato
- 1pk golden curry mix mild
- 540ml water
Method
- Stir Fry meat and vegetables with oil in large skillet for 5 minutes
- Add water and bring to the boil - 15 minutes
- Break and add mild golden curry cubes and stir until fully dissolved
