Ingredients
- 4x Potatoes,4 x carrots, 1x onion and Water 1 litre
- 2 Tablespoons of rice bran oil
- 950 grams of chicken thighs diced
Method
- Dice 950grams of chicken thighs Slice carrotsDice the potato's into wedges Cut the onion into large pieces
- Stir fry the chicken and vegetables Then add 1 litre of water when cooked Then add contents of the box And let simmer for 5 mins
- I added steamed rice with it I used 2 boxes It was delicious
