- Onion and garlic
- Olive oil
- Potato
- Carrots
Method
- In a small pan, Heat oil then add onion & garlic
- Stir fry the chicken
- Add the veggies for approximately 10 minutes
- When it’s cooked, add water and bring to boil then add japanese curry mix. Simmer for 5-10minutes. Serve hot with rice
