Method
- Boil the potatoes – Peel and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, then boil them until soft. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the curry sauce – Heat the curry sauce in a pot and mix it with some chicken soupfor extra flavor. Let it simmer.
- Assemble and garnish – Pour the curry sauce over the potatoes, drizzle with mayonnaise, and sprinkle seaweed flakes on top.
