Good fortune Fish

Ingredients

• Premium soy sauce, obento sushi seasoning (special secret to my recipe)
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 500g fish fillet

Method

1. Seasoning the fish
2. Fried ginger, spring onions and ginger. All seasonings such as chilli, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, vinegar in the pot then pour hot boiling water. Add my special recipe obento sushi seasoning
3. Add fish and vegetables
4. Pour hot oil on the top of dried chili and Chinese pepper corn
5. As fresh corianders at the end
