Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast
- 3 tbs oil
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 3 tbs flour
- ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon rind, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
Method
- Thinly slice chicken and toss through flour and pepper.
- Combine oil, lemon juice, lemon rind, garlic and soy sauce.
- Place chicken in baking dish and pour over all other ingredients.
- Bake in 180 degree oven for around 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve with rice.
