Ingredients
- 1cup Sushi rice,2tablespoons Kwepi Mayonnaise, 3tablespoons Obento Sushi seasoning,1cucumber3nori sheets.
- 1 1/4 cups boiling water.
- 100grams cooked chicken, shredded
Method
- Add 1 cup of sushi rice to boiling water and cook until soft and water absorbed, about 15 min. Cool slightly the add 3 tablespoons sushi seasoning and stir. Set aside to cool slightly.
- Organise chicken by mixing with Kewpie mayonnaise and slice cucumber.
- Lay nori sheet on clean branch spread with 1/4 cup of rice and spread leaving space for spreading and approximately 2cm at long end to close. Layer chicken and 2 strips of cucumber on top of chicken. Roll from long end tightly until you 2cm from end. Dampen nori sheets and roll to seal. Cut into desired lengths with a sharp knife.
