Ingredients
- Zucchini
- 4 potato’s
- Carrot
- Brown onion
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Whole tin of pineapple including juice
- Green curry paste 2 tablespoons
- Broccolini
- White rice
- Whole barramundi
- Water 500ml
- Chicken stock 2 cups
- Coconut cream
- ABC Sweet Soy Sauce Kecap Manis
Method
- Fry onions and garlic until brown. Put rice in rice cooker
- Slightly fry green curry paste until lightly brown. Add in the remaining ingredients. Bring to boil and then reduce to a simmer for 30min
- Place whole barramundi in steam oven for 13min. Dish up and serve.
