Ingredients
- Neutral oil
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- Thai Green Curry paste
- 2 cans of Valcom coconut milk (165 ml each)
- Seasonal veggies
- Protein of choice
- Fish sauce (optional)
Method
- In a pan, cook onion and garlic in oil until fragant
- Add the green curry paste and stir
- Add the vegetables, stir for 2-3 min and then add the coconut milk
- If necessary, cook your protein of choice on another pan before adding it to the curry
- Bring to a simmer for about 10-15 minutes and your dish is ready! Serve with rice or your noodles of choice
