Ingredients
- Cooked udon
- 1 chopped zucchini
- 2 celery chopped
- 1 cup of chopped leeks
- 1 cup of fried tofu
- 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of peanut butter
- 1 tbsp of tahini
- 1 tsp of olive oil
Method
- Cook udon on hot water for 10 minutes
- fry diced tofu on olive oil
- stir fry celery, zucchini and leeks in a pan
- for the sauce, combine soy sauce, peanut butter, tahini and water to texture
