Ingredients
- Chicken breast
- Tomato, leafs, garlic, bocconcini
- Thai curry
Method
- Cook the chicken breast in the oven for 50 min 180 C
- For the Thai curry you mix the powder with water and add some heavy cream and mix it till it looks like the food in the picture (we had thai green curry and thai red curry)
- In a big bowl add the leafs and some small diced tomatoes, add some garlic, and top it off with some olive oil and pepper
