Ingredients
- 1 dozen fresh oysters
- Fresh coriander, fresh ginger, fresh red chilli, fresh lime, coconut milk, kewpie mayonnaise, kewpie roasted sesame dressing and S&B instant Tofu Miso soup.
Method
- Mix together 2tbspn. kewpie mayonnaise, 1 tbspn. Kewpie roasted sesame dressing, 1 sachet of S&B instant miso tofu soup, 2 tbspn coconut milk, rind and juice from a wedge of lime, tspn of fresh grated ginger. Mix in a little jug until all combined.
- Pour a little of this mixture on each fresh oyster until covered. Place oyster under a grill for 5 min until they begin to colour. Top with fresh coriander, fresh chilli and serve with a squeeze of lime juice.
