Ingredients
- Roast chicken ( precooked)
- Carrot x2
- Capsicum x2
- Rice paper sheets
- Sauce
- Vegetable oil - 2 cups
Method
- Pull apart the chicken
- Thinly slice the carrott
- Thinly slice the cucumber
- Add ingredients onto the rice paper roll- then roll
- Double roll - always use two rice paper sheets or it won't work
- Pan fry till crispy on all sides
- Season to liking - salt pepper ect
- Serve with cucumber on the side and your dipping sauce
