Ingredients
- Cooked rice – 1 bowl (preferably a day old for better texture)
- Mixed vegetables – ½ cup (peas, carrots, corn)
- Onion – ½, finely chopped
- Seaweed flakes – 1 tbsp (for garnish)
- White sesame seeds – 1 tsp (for garnish)
- Black sesame seeds – 1 tsp (for garnish)
- Curry Sauce
- Sesame oil – 1 tsp
Method
- Heat a pan with sesame oil over medium heat.Add chopped onion, stir-fry until fragrant.Add mixed vegetables and cook for 2–3 minutes until softened.
- Add cooked rice to the pan and break it up.Stir-fry everything evenly.
- In a separate small pan, heat the S&B curry sauce.Add a bit of water or broth if needed to adjust consistency.
- Shape the fried rice in a bowl and create a small "crater" in the center.Pour the curry sauce into the middle.Sprinkle with seaweed flakes, white sesame seeds, and black sesame seeds.
