Ingredients
- Roast chicken thigh (200g)
- Hass avocado (half)
- Salad leaves (lettuce, 10g)
- Crumbed calamari (2 pce)
- Roasted seaweed flakes (10g)
- Lemon wedge
- Cooked sushi rice (half a cup)
- Obento sushi seasoning
- Tobiko (Japanese egg row, 10g)
Method
- Cook sushi rice in rice cooker.
- Put serving amount of cooked rice into bowl. Add Obento sushi seasoning to cooked sushi rice and stir (according to product instructions).
- Prepare avocado into slices.
- Wash and prepare salad leaves.
- Toast crumbed calamari in fan forced oven. 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Prepare thigh portion of roast chicken from local grocery store.
- Cut piece of lemon wedge.
- Assemble by placing Obento sushi seasoned rice in serving bowl and add ingredients in a clockwise manner. Starting with crumbed calamari, toasted seaweed, lemon wedge, roasted chicken thigh and salad leaves. In the middle of the bowl place the sliced avocado in a fanned shape. Garnish with tobiko.
