- 500 grams Chicken Mince 1 Egg 1 tablespoon Breadcrumbs Chilli Ginger Garlic Teriyaki Sauce
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined. Make into bite sized balls. Fry off in frypan with small amount of olive oil until brown on both sides Place on baking tray lined with baking paper Brush with small amount of Teriyaki sauce Bake for 10 minutes Enjoy. I serve it with brown rice and a bowl of stir-fry vegetables with another small drizzle of teriyaki sauce.
