Ingredients
- 1 cup of cooked Rice
- Salmon fillet
- 0.5 Peeled carrot
- 0.5 chopped Cucumber
- Roasted Sesame seeds
- 1 Nori Seaweed sheet (crumbled)
- Mayo
- 0.5 cup of green Beans
- Pickled ginger
- 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
Method
- Place the rice, carrot, beans, pickled ginger and cucumber into a bowl
- Cook the salmon in a pan using the cooking oil, skin side down first before flipping over to cook through
- Place salmon on-top of the rice bowl and veggies
- Add mayo, sprinkle with sesame seeds and top with Nori Seaweed
