Ingredients
- Pork sizzle steaks
- Obento Teriyaki marinade
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 small yellow capsicum
- 1 carrot
- 3 spring onion shoots
- Handful of coriander
- Kewpie mayonnaise (optional)
- Splash of vegetable oil
- 1 corn cob
- 1 packet of wraps
Method
- Place pork sizzle steaks in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of teriyaki marinade and the 2 cloves of garlic (crushed) to marinade for 10 minutes.
- While meat is marinating- cook corn cob in boiling water or alternatively used canned corn. Cut vegetables is fine strips (can shred carrot for softer wraps). Cut corriander finely.
- In a flat pan heat a small amount of vegetable oil on medium heat. Cook sizzle steaks for 1-2 minutes each side until cooked and have a nice colour.
- Using wraps add desired combination of vegetables and pork. Add a sprinkle of corriander and a drizzle of Kewpie mayonnaise.
- Fold up wraps and enjoy! Beware very addictive
