Ingredients
- Seaweed, 1 slice
- Seaweed soy sauce, 1 tbsp
- Pork mince, 500g
- Spinach, 1 bundle
- Udon packs x 2
Method
- Take pork mince out of freezer and boil until all defrozed.
- Put frozen udon in, then put seaweed sauce and spinach in shortly after.
- Cook for 5-10min until all noodles and spinach are soft. Serve
