Method
- Brown chicken mince until cooked
- Throw in finely chopped kale & brocollini for 3 mins
- Throw in finely chopped capsicum & chestnut for 2 mins
- Add San Chay bow sauce & stir thoroughly for 3 mins
- Serve with fresh lettuce
