Ingredients
- 1 packet of Obento Udon Noodle
- 2 tbsp Kewpie Roasted Sesame dressing
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Obento Rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Obento Mirin seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Red miso
- 2 eggs
- Cucumber
- Tomato
- Bean sprouts
- Roast chicken
- Sesame seeds
Method
- Cook eggs. 1 for boiled egg, and 1 for making thin omelette, then cut in half and then into thin strips.
- Cut vegetables. Shredded roast chicken. (Used leftover roast chicken. Or you can cook chicken tenders in boiled water then shredded)
- Cook udon noodles in boiling water for 1 minutes. Rinse them under cold running water, then drain.
- In a small bowl, mix all dressing ingredients.
- Place noodles in a bowl, then arrange topping.Pour sesame dressing and enjoy.
