- - Slice Carrot into Half Moons- Roughly Chop Capsicum- Zest the Lime
- Stir fry Chicken & Veggies 4/5 minutes. Stir in Ginger lemongrass and garlic paste and lime zest until fragrant.
- Cook udon Noodles . Add to Stir fry Chicken & Veggies with the Hoisin Sauce with a splash of water. Squeese over with Lime juice. Serve with and top with Cashews and Lime Wedges.
