Ingredients
- Sashimi-grade salmon
- Sashimi-grade tuna
- Canned tuna
- Sushi rice
- Avocado
- Red onion
- Obento yaki nori for sushi
- Obento sushi and sashimi soy sauce for dipping
- White vinegar
- Sea salt
Method
- Thinly slice red onion and pickle it in white vinegar and sea salt
- Cook rice in a rice cooker
- Slice salmon, tuna and avocado into thin strips
- Prepare hand rolls by wrapping cooked rice, tuna, salmon, avocado and/or pickled red onions in yaki nori sheets
- Prepare sushi by rolling cooked rice in hands and gently laying salmon or tuna strips on top
- Dip in Obento sushi and sashimi soy sauce and enjoy!
