
Ingredients
- 500g minced beef
- 1 carrot (chopped finely)
- 1 Onion (minced)
- 5-7 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2-3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp Garlic powder
- Bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- Garnish:
- Tomato (sliced)
- Lettuce
- Cucumber (sliced)
- Tomato ketsup
- Kewpie mayonnaise
- Burger bun
- Cheese
Method
- Mix ingredients in a bowl until evenly combined
- Season with salt and pepper
- Divide the mixture into 4-6 equal portions. Shape each portion with your hands into a patty according to desired thickness
- Place the patties onto a tray lined with greaseproof paper.
- Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to rest.
- Place patty into an air fryer. Grill or air fry for 5 minutes on both sides (time depends on your preferences of how well the patty is cooked)
- Place cooked beef burger patty on a bun
- Garnish with sliced tomato, cucumber, lettuce, tomato ketsup and Kewpie mayonnaise
