Ingredients
- Wholegrain wrap
- Handful of Spinach leaves
- 100g Roast chicken
- Handful of iceberg lettuce
- Sliced roma tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of Pasta salad
- Drizzle of Kewpie mayonnaise to taste
- 30grams of avocado
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Lay out wrap, then line up in centre of wrap approx an inch and a half wide, from top to bottom, chicken, spinach, tomato, lettuce, and pasta salad.
- Add Kewpie Mayo over the top along with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fold wrap up from the bottom, then the sides left then right leaving the top open and exposed while creating a tight parcel. Enjoy.
