Ingredients
- Chicken 500gm
- Tsp oil
- 1 red and green capsicum
- 1 onion
- Packet of Lee Kum Kee Honey&Soy chicken sauce
Method
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the walk stirfry the chicken for three minutes, step 2: stir in the onion and capsicum and continue to stirfry for one minute, step 3: add one packet of Lee Kum Kee ready sauce and cook until sauce is thickened
- Serve with rice or noodles
