Ingredients
- 500g Chicken
- 2 tbsp Changs sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Squid Fish Sauce
- 1 pkt Coles Hokkein Noodles
- 1 x bag frozen Mccains Stir Fry Vegetables
- 1 x Pkt Maggi Honey Soy stir fry marinade
Method
- Coat chicken in honey soy marinade - set aside 10 mins
- Heat oil and fish sauce in wok
- Cook marinaded chicken 2-3 mins
- Add whole pkt of frozen vegetables. Cook for 3-4 mins
- Add noodles. Cook for a further 4 mins
- Add remaining sauce
- Serve and enjoy
