Honey soy chicken stir fry

Ingredients
- 500g diced chicken breast
- 2 tbs canola oil
- 1 pack of stir fry vegetables
- 2 Wokka Singapore noodles
- Lee kum kee honey soy chicken sauce
Product used in recipe
- LEE KUM KEE - HONEY & SOY STIR-FRY SAUCE GF
Method
- Add 2 tablespoons of oil to big pot or pan
- Add diced chicken breast
- Cook chicken breast till cooked through
- Add whole pack of stir fry vegetables Cook untill soft
- Heat water in pot to boiling
- Add Wokka Singapore noodles to boiling water cook as directed
- Once everything is cooked combine together
- Add sauce packet to mix and mix well
- Cook for a further 5-10 minutes until sauce is cooked through
- Serve and enjoy
