Ingredients
- Obento Yaki Nori
- Jasmine rice (heat and serve packet)
- Honey soy chicken kebabs
- Cucumber
- Soy sauce
Method
- Cook 4 honey soy chicken kebabs in a medium high frypan, turning every 2 minutes.
- Rip 2 sheets of Yaki Nori into 4 strips each and line the bottom of 2 bowls
- Thinly slice a cucumber and place around the sides of the bowls.
- Heat the rice in the microwave according to instructions (90seconds). Then pour half in each bowl.
- When the chicken has had 2 minutes on each side (total 8mins), slice it off the kebab sticks and give it a last 4 minutes of frying time, gently tossing to ensure all bits are cooked and slightly coloured.
- Place the chicken onto the rice and serve.
- Optional- soy sauce to drizzle on top.
