- Chicken mince 500g
- Corn kernels 420g
- Udon noodles 270g
- Lee Kum Kee Classic Cantonese Stir-fry sauce - Honey & Soy Chicken
Method
- Brown chicken mince in a frying pan or wok.
- Add sweetcorn, cooked noodles and the Lee Kum Kee stir fry sauce of your choosing - we like Honey & Soy Chicken.
- Stir and serve piping hot with cashew nuts sprinkled on top.
