- 1tbsp ABC Kecap manis1tbsp ABC Chili sauce1 Crushed garlic clove2tsp finely grated ginger1tabsp HoneyKewpie mayonnaise
- Garnish with steam snow peas Served with steam rice
- 500gms Pork belly bites
Method
- Preheat oven 200 C Baking tray line with baking paper
- Mix all ingredients Chili sauce, kecap manis, crushed garlic, honey and grated ginger Then coat mixture thoroughly with the pork belly.Let it sit in fridge for 10 - 15 minutes for flavours to permeate the meat. Suggesting you may like to prepare the pork belly and let it sit overnight for intense flavor
- Place pork belly on baking tray and place in oven approximately 20 minutes
