- 1. 1 Pack of Enoki Mushrooms (wash and cut the roots)2. 2 White Medium Mushrooms (wash and sliced)3. 1 Meduim Carrots ( wash,pelled and slice)4. 4 bunch of BukChoy (wash and trimmed)5. 4 Bunch of Choy Sum (wash, trimmed and cut into 3)6. 7 Heads of Napa Cabbages (wash, trimmed cut into 4)7. 1 Pack of Snow Pea ( wash and trimmed)8. 3 pcs of Small Thai Chili (wash and cut into 3)9. 10 pcs of Fried Fish Ball (cut into 2)10. 1 Pack of Regular Tofu (cut into small square size)11. 10 pcs of Fried Cheese Tofu ( cut into 2)12. 6 pcs of Crab Stick (cut into 2)13. 5 to 6 Pcs of cooked Shrimps or Fresh Shrimps (can buy in seafood markets)14. 1 Pack of Beef ( Tin slice)15. 1 pc. of Lemon ( cut into 2)16. 4 to 5 Cups of Beef Stock17. 3 Tablespoons of Valcom of TomYum Paste18. 1 Teaspoon of Lee Kum Kee Soysouce19. 1 Teaspoon of Squid Brand Fish Sauce20. Dipping Sauce Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce
- 1 . Wash and cut all the Vegetables. Arrange them on plate.2. Prepare your choice of meat arrange them on plate.3. Prepare your dipping sauce,bowl,spoon, chopsticks, wire basket or slotted spoon.4. Place your portable stove in the middle of the dining table. Combine the Beef Stock,TomYum Paste, Soysouce,Fishsauce in Meduim Saucepan and bring to a boil. Turn it down to a simmer.5. Put a small portion of your favourite ingredients Fishball,Cheese Fish Tofu,Carrots,Beef, Vegetables, Shrimps, Mushrooms,Tofu, Chilli(place the ingredients that take longer to cook in first)Let the ingredients simmer until cooked.6. Enjoy Hotpot food with the dipping sauce,put some lemon. You can use chopsticks,wire basket,or slotted spoons to dish out the cooked ingredients and put into your bowl.7. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. At the end of the meal enjoy the delicious stock.
